Course Details & Curriculum

What's Covered:

Reformer classical repertoire (footwork to splits), spring tension formulas, Cadillac tower setups, Wunda Chair safety, and hands-on tactile adjustments.

Prerequisites:

Successful completion of ME Pilates Level 1 Mat certification (or equivalent out-of-studio mat credential approved by lead trainers).

Career Outcomes:

You will be certified as a Reformer & Equipment instructor, qualified to teach group machine classes and 1:1 private Cadillac/Chair sessions.

Next Steps in MPI-TTP:

Level 2 gives you the equipment teaching tools needed for the Level 3 specialization track (posture rehab, prenatal modifications, and athletic programming).
