Mild lightheadedness can occur during your first inversion. Our instructors guide you slowly into short inversions, allowing your body to adapt naturally.

All classes are instructed by certified aerial specialists under the direct supervision of founders Palak Sharma and Arya Tyagi.

Wear form-fitting tops that cover your armpits and leggings that cover your knees to prevent silk friction. Remove all jewelry, watches, and zippers to protect the fabric.

Full inversions are contra-indicated during pregnancy. We recommend our specialized Prenatal Reformer or Gentle Mat sessions instead.
